SHIPPING

We charge a standard fee of $15 to cover the shipping costs to anywhere within the Province of Ontario, Canada. If you wish to ship outside of Ontario, please email us to further discuss out of Province shipping rates. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will be shipped within 1-5 business day of placing your order.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed or unable to be delivered packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as unable to be delivered / unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the Canada Post regarding the issue.

If you wish to pick-up your order at our store location, please select “In-store pick up” at checkout. Items will be made ready for pick-up by the next business day unless communicated otherwise. Please note: Items can only be picked up during business hours, which are listed on our website. Please note that store hours may vary depending on holidays.

RETURNS (APPLYING TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (with original tags & packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale. Shipping charges can not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us. Please notify us through our contact page before sending back items for a refund.
