Hi again everyone! I hope you are all keeping safe and doing well. I just wanted to check in, and give you all an update on how we will be operating during this recently announce Stay at Home order.

As I’m writing this, the Province has put us into a Stay at Home order. Under the new restrictions, we are unable to be open to the public for in-store shopping. However, we will still be fulfilling flower orders, be open for curbside pick up and continuing to update our online store with new stock coming in every week!

At this time I would also like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us through this insane past year. Your support has meant a great deal to myself and my staff. We truly would not have been able to do this without you.

As of right now, our we will continue to be open for curbside pick up Monday – Saturday from 10am – 3pm. As usual, we will continue to update you as things progress with the Stay at Home order. If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call at the shop.

Education Corner: Caring for your Easter Lilies

This April, our designers want to help you take care of your gorgeous Easter Lilies. They’ve combined their knowledge on the stunning plant to offer you a few helpful tips to keep your Easter Lily thriving.

Drainage is necessary. Making sure that your Easter Lily is able to drain once watered is crucial to keeping it alive. To do this, removing any wrap around the grow pot once you bring it home is important. Keeping your Easter Lily in another pot would also be helpful.
Good lighting. Make sure to keep your Easter Lily in bright, indirect sunlight in order for it to thrive.
Humidity isn’t good for your hair, but it’s good for this plant. It’s important to keep your plant in a space that avoids drafts or direct heat sources. Humid spaces are the location of choice for this plant.
Avoid overwatering. Easter Lilies don’t need to constantly be watered to thrive. So make sure to only water when the soil feels dry to touch.
